How Does our Remote Management System Work?


You mount your system near the Display you want to control. The system defaults to DHCP to automatically receive an IP Address.	You connect the Display serial port to the control unit or mount an IR transmitter on the Display IR window.	Using a web browser you configure the control unit for the type of display you have.
Next you select either Telnet or RS-232 communitcations to the VTC (Polycom supported with Tandberg coming soon).	Enable Password protection or disable Password protection.	Remotely manage your system Volume, Video Source and Power from any web browser with out writing one line of Crestron Software.
